Le secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est plac\u00e9 sous l’autorit\u00e9 d’un secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral nomm\u00e9 par arr\u00eat\u00e9 du Ministre de l’enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est charg\u00e9 :<\/span>
\n– de la gestion des personnels administratifs et techniques ;<\/span>
\n– du suivi des affaires administratives et financi\u00e8res ;<\/span>
\n– du suivi des questions li\u00e9es aux \u0153uvres universitaires et de l’intendance ;<\/span><\/p>\n

\n– le Service d’assistance sociale<\/a> ;<\/span>
\n– le Service du courrier et de liaison ;<\/span>
